Personality Type Training for Education
The Type Pro For Education course is designed for those who wish to use personality assessment in education environments. Delegates receive a 40% discount on corporate rates.
The training provides specific content on instructional coaching, classroom differentiation and teacher collaboration. Above all, the modules will deepen your knowledge of Personality Type theory, including the four dichotomies, Type development, and Type and stress.
On completion, you will be certified to purchase TypeCoach products and use them with individuals and groups.
A Tailored Programme, Delivered Online
Like Type Pro’s other programmes, the Education course is delivered online, so you can work at your own pace at a time and place to suit you and your schedule.
The blended learning approach includes:
- Practical training in interpreting TypeCoach reports for individual clients and groups, and facilitating experiential exercises
- One-to-one online sessions with a personal coach
- Group webinars and/or in-person sessions
- Practice sessions with expert feedback
You will join the course as part of a small cohort of people, and you will work and practice together for support and shared learning.
The programme involves a total of 31 hours of learning, plus extra time to study for assessments. This is equivalent to a standard four-day workshop for other Type instruments. Ideally the course is completed within four weeks to stay on pace.
Specialised Reports
Delegates of the programmes have access to specialised reports for educators, created by Type Coach and written by course facilitator and education expert Jane Kise.
