Sharon specialises in organization effectiveness, executive coaching, leadership and team development, change management (OCM), meeting design and facilitation, and organization design. She has deep expertise in Myers Briggs and emotional intelligence and has taught leadership at Stanford GSB. Sharon is the world renowned author of Introduction to Type and Leadership (CPP) and a frequent keynote speaker at Type conferences worldwide.
She has worked with companies from early stage to Fortune 50. Her experience also includes strategy consulting, line management, HR management, compensation design, and small business ownership.
Rachael Lewis is a fully chartered and registered psychologist (HCPC) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is also a founder member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP). In October 2016 she was announced as a finalist (and finished as runner up) for the Excellence in Coaching/Training Award by the ABP, and in January 2017 is a finalist for the BPS Division of Occupational award for Practitioner of The Year.
Rachael specialises in building strong leaders and leadership teams and is a sought after Executive Coach. Having worked for a test publishing organisation she is expert at providing relevant insights from psychometric tools that help people to build their leadership style with specialist emphasis on type based tools like the MBTI. She has expertise in working with Executive Boards and leadership teams to enhance their team performance. She has held several board level positions and is currently a Trustee at the End of Life Partnership. She started her career in 1991 conducting research and think tanks into the design of vocational training delivery to maximise transfer of learning and has co-authored research papers, best practice guides and user resources. In 1994 she joined the Division of Occupational Psychology at the Employment Service before becoming Principal Consultant at OPP Ltd in 2007 and later Manager of Management Assessment and Development Centres. Since 2000 she has built her own coaching and training business, Envision and is currently working as an Associate with Type Pro. She has a varied list of public and private sector clients including; Avon; TGI Fridays; WHSmith; Punch Taverns; Spirit Pubs; Home Instead; Salford Royal NHS Trust; Cheshire Police; and Derbyshire Community Health Services.

As a business psychologist, Gareth works with clients to support them in understanding why people – staff and customers alike – behave as they do. Gareth supports Type Pro’s clients in achieving their business objectives by applying his understanding of what really drives people in business. Gareth has worked with Personality Type for over fifteen years. Working to train the trainer for the MBTI® Gareth has qualified over a thousand Type Practitioners. He has taken many more than this through their own personal discovery of their Type. Gareth sees Personality Type as an incredibly useful tool to help people understand how they are different to others, and how they can adjust their message to get their message across more effectively.
Gareth has over fifteen years of experienceworking with a variety of global organisations and industries, including financial services, motor manufacturers, high-tech start-ups, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, public sector and professional services. He is a guest lecturer in Consumer Psychology and has appeared on a range of media from BBC Breakfast, to Victoria Derbyshire and Good Housekeeping magazine. He is the author of top-five selling business book ‘The Power of Personality’.
Gareth has a BSc in Psychology, postgraduate diploma in Applied Psychology, MSc in Organisational Psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist.
Angelina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of using Psychological Type. She worked as an MBTI® qualifying trainer with OPP from 2002 to 2016 and has extensive experience of applying type in organisations for teams and for individuals. She is the author of The Shadows of Type: Psychological Type over Seven Levels of Development, and is considered to be a thought-leader in the development of Type theory. Angelina has presented at many UK and International Type Conferences including BAPT, EAPT, APTi, AusApt and in New Zealand. She was the President of the British Association for Psychological Type (BAPT) from May 2011-April 2017. She is qualified in MBTI Step I and II, and is one of only ~80 practitioners in the world qualified to use the MBTI Step III.
Angelina has a BSc (hons) in Psychology with Languages from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Experimental Methods in Psychology from University College London, an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University, and a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University. She is qualified to British Psychological Society Level A (TUOA) and B (TUOP) in psychometric testing and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tools including trait tools, emotional intelligence tools, cognitive processing assessments and a range of personality based assessments. She is also qualified in the Enneagram, in Group Process Facilitation, and is an Ashridge Accredited Coach. In addition to working with Personality Type, Angelina has expertise in psychometric profiling for assessment and selection, the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, and group and 1-1 coaching.
Jane is an educational consultant with extensive experience in leadership, instructional coaching, differentiation, and effective mathematics instruction, is considered a worldwide expert in Jungian type and its impact on leadership and education. She had authored or coauthored over 20 books. Differentiated Coaching, Differentiated School Leadership, Creating a Coaching Culture for Professional Learning Communities and others apply type concepts to education. She works with schools and businesses, facilitating the creation of environments where everyone—leaders, teachers and students—can flourish. She trains educators around the world on coaching, collaborative practices, effective change processes, and differentiated instruction, especially in mathematics. A frequent conference keynote speaker, her past engagements include education conferences and type conferences across the United States and in Europe, Saudi Arabia, Australia and New Zealand.
Jane currently teaches doctoral courses in education leadership for the University of St. Thomas and is a past faculty member of the Center for Applications of Psychological Type. She served as President of the Association for Psychological Type International. She holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. She is certified in Neuroscience and Jungian Personality, is a MBTI ® Master Practitioner qualified to use MBTI Steps I, II and III, and is certified in emotional intelligence instruments and leadership 360 tools.
Linn is an expert in supporting leaders to harness the positive emotions of their employees to achieve superb business results. She knows that leveraging the emotional drives of customers and employees allows organisations to achieve higher levels of performance. Linn specialises in the interface between emotional intelligence and Personality Type. She knows that how someone applies their knowledge of Type is essential to the impact they will have. She has successfully applied emotional intelligence projects within a range of organisations, including pharmaceutical, financial services and the public sector. Linn previously worked as a qualifying trainer for MBTI®.
Linn has worked for a number of business psychology consultancy firms where her experience, in both the public and private sectors, includes executive coaching, leadership development and team development programmes, design and delivery of large scale development programmes, and bespoke exercise design at executive level.
Linn has a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy at the University of Oxford.
She works in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
Natasha is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, trainer in Psychological Type, and a qualified Executive Coach with considerable experience and expertise in managing, designing and delivering leadership assessment and development interventions. She has a track record of over 17 years using Type interventions in developing leaders and teams for both public and private sector clients both in the UK and Internationally. She is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology and is qualified in and actively uses many other leading psychometrics on the market and is both BPS TUOA and TUOP qualified.
Natasha has a BSc in Psychology from the University of York and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is qualified and experienced in executive coaching. Natasha has also trained in Psychosynthesis Counselling to compliment herCoaching background. Her prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant for a business psychology consultancy firm managing large assessment and development projects for both public and private sector clients.
Anna Crollick is an HPC registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She is a highly qualified Personality Type trainer, Executive Coach and facilitator with over 15 years’ experience of one to one coaching, team development and Personality Type workshop design/facilitation. She has worked at all levels of organisations up to Executive and has coached successfully at Board level. Her approach to people development work is bespoke, creative and based on psychological methods and models. Through extensive knowledge of Type, Anna facilitates the realisation of people’s full potential. Understanding in depth how we use and develop our personality she is qualified and has a wealth of experience in the application of Type, and has designed bespoke interventions focussed on communication, Type dynamics, Type and coaching. She has been a Lead Trainer in Type since 2001 and regularly uses Type when working with teams, groups and in coaching.
Anna is a strong advocate of best practice and is a Lead Trainer of the British Psychological Society regulated ‘Test User Occupational: Personality’ qualification course, amongst others. Anna has worked with a range of public and private sector clients both in the UK and internationally. Previously, Anna was a Senior Consultant at OPP for over five years.
Anna has a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. Her Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching is from Leeds Metropolitan University. She has discussed creativity in adults on BBC World and has published work about Type and self-awareness in coaching, in the book The Power of Personality.
Initially with a background in education Sue has worked extensively in the corporate world since 1992. She has been involved in a variety of change management activities and organisation restructuring through the implementation of new business systems, the introduction of new methodologies and the consequences of implementing legislative change. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes in diverse environments. One of her career highlights was taking 175 senior managers and managers through intensive leadership programmes of up to 18 months’ duration, using Type as the foundation for managing self and leading others. She has presented twice at conferences using this experience and reinforcing the efficacy of the Type instrument and its value in the coaching process and leadership development.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master of Education, (research thesis) from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate of Work Education from Deakin University. She is accredited to use a number of instruments including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator for Steps I, II & III (the only person to hold Step III license in Australia) has trained with the Australian Institute of Socio-Analysis, has been a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute since 1996 and in 2013 became a full member of the World Association of Business Coaches based in Canada. She has worked extensively with Type instruments since 1996.
Danielle is an independent senior consultant and trainer who specialises in fostering and leveraging diversity as a means towards creativity and sustainability of teams and businesses. Danielle established the training department across Canada for Psychometrics Canada, the exclusive distributor of the MBTI. She became the first Canadian member of the Association for Psychological Type’s international faculty, adapted, delivered and coordinated the qualifying program across Canada in both official languages. She has qualified thousands of professionals in the use of the MBTI since the late 80’s. She is still delivering the French program.
Danielle was awarded the he APTi Innovation Award, 2009 for The Magnificent 16, an interactive learning media for Type. She has been the keynote speaker at various professional conferences including the British Association for Psychological Type (2012), the New Zealand Association for Psychological Type (2005) and the South African Association of Psychological Type.
